Catriona is a registered provisional psychologist completing a clinical psychology placement at Mind and Seek. She has experience in education and public mental health settings, treating a wide range of mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, social anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

 

Catriona has a particular interest in working with children, adolescents, and their families. She works collaboratively with her clients to create a warm environment where individuals feel supported and understood.

 

Catriona has received formal training and is skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy.

Catriona also conducts cognitive and educational assessments.
