Erin Quigley (she/her)

Erin is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist and Member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI). She completed her psychology training at the University of Melbourne. Erin has extensive experience working with young people as a psychologist, and previously in student welfare in the university sector. In addition to working at Mind & Seek, Erin is employed as a psychologist at a secondary school.

Erin employs a warm and non-judgemental approach to meet the unique needs of her clients and their families. Erin has worked collaboratively with her clients to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, adjustment difficulties, interpersonal challenges, difficulties with self-esteem, grief, study challenges and social skills development. Erin is also passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients and employs a neuro-affirming approach.

She draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in her work, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Schema Therapy

  • Play Therapy, and

  • Person Centred Therapy.

Erin also conducts cognitive and educational assessments (including the diagnosis of specific learning disorders, e.g. dyslexia), as well as ADHD and autism assessments.
