Provisional Psychologist

Meaghan is a dedicated provisional psychologist with a passion for supporting adolescents through life’s complexities. She specialises in working with young people experiencing mood disorders, gender identity challenges, substance use concerns, and family dynamics. With a background in education, Meaghan is uniquely positioned to address the mental health needs of students, having spent many years fostering their emotional well-being. Her extensive experience in suicide prevention has shaped her empathetic and strengths-based approach.
Meaghan incorporates evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Relational and Family Therapy, tailoring her approach to the needs of each client. She creates a safe and supportive space, holding unconditional positive regard for her clients and treating them with kindness and compassion.
Currently completing her Master of Professional Psychology at La Trobe University, Meaghan is committed to continual growth and learning in her practice. She is dedicated to helping young people and their families navigate challenges and move toward meaningful positive change.
